By booking this appointment you are agreeing to the following. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge of the full amount of said appointment. If you no-call/no-show your appointment, you are subject to a charge of 100% your service total. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We have the right to refuse any service, at any time.

I understand that I may be required to wear a mask while at the salon.

I understand that Hair House ATX cannot be held liable for any exposure to COVID-19.

Failure to comply with these written instructions or verbal instructions from staff may result in the cancellation of your appointment or your removal from the salon. Upon your arrival, you are releasing Hair House ATX from all liability related to COVID-19. Thank you for helping us stop the spread!
